Reiki Sessions


Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that uses touch or non-touch techniques, creating a safe vessel for physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Reiki is often translated as “universal life force energy”. My Reiki sessions allow you to feel supported and seen, so you can move through your own process of transformation and attunement. I invite you into a space where you can calm the body, slow the mind, and bathe in your energetic radiance.

Movement Sessions


My one-on-one movement sessions are a dynamic blend of active and restorative movements, focusing on reorganizing the connective tissue in your body. I guide you through shapes that inspire a curiosity of unique self-exploration, with a focus on mobility, relaxation and mindfulness. Space is held for all levels and experiences, and each session is catered to meet your body in the moment.

You are invited to a supportive container where stagnant energy can be recognized, honored and transformed. The blend of Movement and Reiki is a perfect way to integrate for a dynamic, healing experience.


My intentional movement sessions bring you into the present moment and leave you feeling both energized and grounded, along with expansive Reiki experiences that allow you to be witnessed and seen.
